The brunch worked out great! We had the food for the barmitzvah family at their home Fri am for the out of town family. We had a huge Salmon, baked and served cold. A vegetable platter, with a premade guacamole dip, a huge fruit platter, muffins, apple cake, 2 of the quiches and a big sun dried tomato salad. My friend was so appreciative. Thanks for all the help.
