Friday Roundup #26 and Links

I enjoyed the visits and comments this week on Cooking Manager.Com.
On Sunday, I responded to a comment on Facebook by Aleeza about Learning to Cook, Step by Step.
On Monday I interviewed French reader Ilana-Davita, who told us about her fish-based menus.
Her mention of Norene Gilletz brought Norene herself over to comment. So on Thursday, I wrote about my mother’s appreciation of the food processor and one of Norene’s early cookbooks.
Wednesday’s recipe was for Carrot-Apple Salad, also for the food processor.
Elsewhere:
The 50th Kosher Cooking Carnival is up at me-ander.
Abbi was inspired this week by another Jewish cookbook author, Mollie Katzen.
Tu Beshevat, the Jewish New Year for trees, is celebrated tonight and tomorrow. Leah posted an unusual strudel recipe.
Looking forward to seeing you next week.
