I’m excited to let you know about the publication of my first e-book. It’s called Cook Smart! Learn the Secrets of Your Kitchen Appliances and is currently available through Amazon Kindle.
If you don’t have a Kindle, Amazon has a free program that will allow you to read the book on your computer.
Cook Smart explains how your kitchen appliances work, so you can use them wisely. The book has tips for using each appliance and a chapter on saving water. I also include 8 one-pot recipes.
Long-time blog readers will recognize much of the material. I’ve edited and organized the best posts on the topic, and included new material.
One of my readers has already written a review:
When I read this book, I was surprised by all the simple things that I can do to save water and electricity, and generally be more environmentally friendly in the kitchen, without effort or expense. For example, how much dish soap do I really need when doing the dishes? and why am I always turning the oven on and off, when I should just plan to cook everything once it’s hot?
This book is fun to read and full of practical tips for saving money and energy.
Thanks to my pre-readers Naomi, Aviva, Yonit and Yosefa for their helpful feedback. Robin Epstein designed the cover.
So what are you waiting for? Download Cook Smart! Learn the Secrets of Your Kitchen Appliances.
If you’ve red the book, let me know how you liked it.
